Yes! Wild Mane Travel is a registered UK-based riding travel business working directly with established riding operators across Europe and beyond. Every ride listed on our website is offered in partnership with a real, verified operator who runs the holiday on the ground.
Why don't you have many reviews?

Wild Mane is still growing, and while our collection of rider reviews is in its early stages, the operators we work with are long-established and highly experienced. Many have been running their rides for years — sometimes decades — before partnering with us. We’re actively collecting rider feedback from current and upcoming trips as the business grows. Who am I actually booking with?

You book through Wild Mane, and your riding holiday is delivered by the local operator who runs the ride. We act as your point of contact before, during and after booking — helping you choose the right ride, confirming availability, managing payments and supporting you all the way up to departure.
How do I know a ride is real and running?

Before a ride is listed, we confirm availability, pricing and logistics directly with the operator. In many cases, we’ve either ridden with them, spoken at length about their operation, or are working towards visiting in person. We never list rides speculatively or without a confirmed relationship in place.
What happens after I apply or request more information?

Once you submit an enquiry or application, you’ll hear directly from us with tailored information, availability and next steps. There’s no obligation to book at this stage — our goal is to provide as much information as possible and help you decide whether the ride is right for you.
Is my money protected?

Yes. Deposits and payments are handled transparently (and in line with UK law), with clear invoices and confirmation at each stage. You’ll always know what you’re paying, when payments are due, and what’s included. We’re happy to explain the booking and payment process in detail before you commit.
Can I speak to someone before booking?

Absolutely. We’re always happy to arrange a phone or video call to talk through the ride, answer questions and help you feel confident before booking. Riding holidays are a big decision and we never want you to feel rushed.
